Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a School Speech-Language Pathologist in a full-time, in-person contract role near Santa Rosa, CA. Work within a collaborative, student-centered environment where your professional expertise helps students succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and IEP processes
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Comfort working with students across K-12 grade levels
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using a variety of standardized tools and informal assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the school setting
• Provide direct therapy individually and in small groups across K-12
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the IEP process
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Provide guidance and resources to families and educators to address student needs
