Industrial Electrician Southeastern PennsylvaniaHenpen Consultants is recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrician for a confidential manufacturing company. This hands-on role supports electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical issues affecting production equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs.Install and maintain wiring, conduit, motors, drives, and controls.Read electrical schematics and interpret PLC ladder logic.Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and switchgear.Follow applicable electrical codes and plant safety procedures.QualificationsJourneyman electrician certification OR 10+ years of verified industrial electrician experience.Experience with motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and HMI systems.Ability to read blueprints and use electrical diagnostic instruments.Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable local codes.High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.Ability to work at heights and perform required lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.$45–$50/hour, based on experience, with overtime after 40 hours.
