Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting is required
• New graduates are not accepted

Assignment Details

• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• Expected schedule is 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Floating to other clinics is not required
