Associate Tech Specialist

Sr. Dynamics LeadLocation: Alpharetta, GA RemoteExperience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architectureParticipate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutionsProficient in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows and PowerApps)Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in productionManage user roles and permissionsEnsure application components are in compliance with the enterprise and solution architecture and apply best practicesFollow change control procedures and manage the deployment from development to test to productionCollaborate with IT colleagues, business subject matter experts and outside vendors on end user issues and new application functionalityAdhere to an iterative, agile implementation methodologyComplete technical design deliverables and documentationProvide post-production technical support to end usersAdhere to organizational policies and valuesPerform additional duties and participate in special projects as assignedTechnical, development and administration experience with MS Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE), including configuration and customization experienceExperience working with JavaScript, C#,.NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, and database platforms including SQL ServerFamiliarity with source code management concepts using Azure DevOpsExperience with Dynamics creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, web services, and the use of the Dynamics 365 SDKExperience and/or knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics solutions, including SharePoint, MS Office, Biztalk, and OneDrive/OneNoteFamiliarity with and experience working with Azure or similar cloud servicesFamiliar with creating dashboards and reports using Power BIUnderstanding of the common data model and security model and mechanisms to extend and build new data relationshipsThe ability to envision and document a solution architecture and application designsMust be a dynamic and self-starting individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to work independently or in a team environment with minimal guidance and directionMust be able to effectively prioritize and assign work to meet deadlinesMust commit to continuous learning by developing new skills to keep abreast of industry trends and state of the art technologyMust demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization across a variety of stakeholder groupsMust possess proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio)Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilitiesBachelor's or master's degree in a technology/business/engineering/computer science related degreeAt least five years' work experience in a technical development role and at least two years working with Dynamics*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
