Clinical Coordinator - Behavioral Health

Assignment Details

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the appropriate Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support Certification
- At least two years of experience in a medical office setting

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
- Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.

Compliance / Notes
