The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing polished, on-brand creative across DineAmic Hospitality’s portfolio of restaurants, events, and hospitality experiences. This midweight-level role creates digital and print materials that support marketing, events, culinary initiatives, and the overall guest experience.

The Graphic Designer works closely with the Creative Director and partners across the Marketing, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to move projects from initial concept through final production. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional design experience, a strong understanding of visual communication and brand systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects with an appropriate level of independence in a fast-paced environment.

 

Essential Duties + Responsibilities

Brand, Print + Digital Design

• Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for restaurant, event, culinary, and hospitality initiatives. 
• Design menus, catering materials, event signage, invitations, promotional materials, and other guest-facing collateral. 
• Create social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, and other digital assets for multiple platforms. 
• Apply strong typography, layout, composition, color theory, and branding principles across all work. 
• Maintain consistency with established brand standards while contributing original creative ideas that enhance the guest and consumer experience. 

Production + Quality Control

• Manage projects from initial concept through final production and distribution. 
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files that meet print, digital, platform, and vendor specifications. 
• Review proofs and final materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. 
• Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and production partners as needed. 
• Maintain organized project files and follow established naming, storage, and version-control practices. 

Project Management + Collaboration

• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail. 
• Partner with the Creative Director and stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Culinary, and Operations to understand project goals and requirements. 
• Present creative work clearly and explain design decisions when needed. 
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining the purpose and integrity of the design. 
• Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate progress, priorities, and potential delays. 
• Complete additional duties and creative projects as assigned.

Education + Experience Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of professional graphic design experience. 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, Procreate, or other creative tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience creating materials for both digital and print applications required 
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and contributing original creative concepts
• Experience within an agency, hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brand environment preferred.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and digital and print design capabilities

Physical Demands + Work Environment

• Primarily office-based, with regular computer use and periods of sitting
• Frequently uses hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other design tools.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and move throughout the office or restaurant environment.
• Must be able to focus on detailed creative work for extended periods. 
• Must be able to lift and carry boxes of paper, printed materials, or related supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
• May occasionally work in or visit restaurants, event spaces, or print production environments.
