Senior Software Engineer (Base Up to $275K + Equity!)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build AI-powered products for the home services, construction, and remodeling industries. You'll join a fast-growing startup whose platform supports billions of dollars in revenue for leading enterprise operators, helping them automate workflows, increase revenue, and scale their businesses through AI while shaping the future of AI adoption in the trades.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full‑stack products using Python, FastAPI, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern AI technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data systems that support enterprise customers.
• Work closely with product and leadership teams to turn customer needs into production-ready features.
• Integrate and optimize AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-time communication tools.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from technical design and implementation through deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Help shape engineering standards, architecture decisions, and product direction as the company scales.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience as a full‑stack software engineer.
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, modern web frameworks, and relational databases.
• Experience building and maintaining production‑grade applications and APIs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of shipping customer‑facing products.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, Postgres, Supabase, or similar modern development tools.
• Familiarity with AI application development, LLMs, agent frameworks, or OpenAI technologies.
• Experience with real‑time communication platforms such as LiveKit.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and scalable system design.
• Startup experience or experience working on small, high‑performing engineering teams.
• Interest in applying AI to real‑world operational and business challenges.
