Billing System Analyst

Salary: $23 per hour. This is a technical billing support position. Where you will be resolving the customers billing issues over chat & email. We are looking for someone who has 2 years of experience working with Content Delivery Network and Domain Name System tool. Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or customer service, with a focus on billing and registrar systems. Experience researching and resolving client billing issues, including working with standard billing tools and payment platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear and actionable insights to customers. Proficient in technical troubleshooting. Familiarity with modern operating systems, such as MacOS. Basic understanding of how the Internet and registrar systems work, including terminology related to CDN, DNS, and domain registration. Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard billing tools and payment platforms; experience with Stripe is preferred. Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence. Basic understanding and ability to use SQL queries.
