The role follows clinic policies and federal guidelines, collaborates with students, maintains professional licensure, and engages in performance improvement. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans. Document all patient care clearly and accurately. Collaborate with students to create a positive learning environment. Develop an individualized professional development plan. Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure. Engage in performance improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
