Interventional Radiography Tech (Neuro Specialist)
Position: IR Tech (NEURO SPECIALIST)
Location: Riverside Methodist Hospital
Hours: 4x10's (8a-6:30p), every other holiday
Call: 1 weekday (Mon-Thu 6:30pm-8am) every week and every 5th weekend (call starts at 6:30p Friday until 8am Monday)
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in IR (with neuro focus)
- OH Rad license required (pending OK)
- ARRT certified
- BLS (pending OK)
Department information:
This position is at a Level II trauma facility that is required to offer 24/365 coverage. Department size staffing: 9 RT's and 9 RN's. Typical volumes 6-8 cases per day. Most common procedures Angio, carotid stent, interventions, stroke.
Typical department staffing and or ratios 5-6 RN's per day & 6-7 RT's per day. Imaging equipment being utilizedSiemens Epic EMR.
