Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $79,040 - 99,840 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience creating visual representations of complex business processes, including business process models
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Advanced customer-facing skills and excellent communication with business and IT staff at all levels
• Skills in requirements analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing

• Partner with the Project Manager to plan for project success and define risk-mitigation strategies as risks arise
• Develop future-state business process models to address obstacles, challenges, and opportunities
• Prepare clear, concise functional and technical requirements to guide solution planning
• Manage and participate in user acceptance testing to confirm system changes are complete and function as intended
• Work closely with IT support teams to define requirements that support project goals

The role reports to the Project Manager and is offered as a telecommute contract position at $38–$48 per hour.
