Otolaryngologist (ENT) PRN
A healthcare organization is seeking a patient-centered and compassionate Otolaryngologist to provide PRN on-call coverage. This role focuses on delivering timely evaluation and treatment for urgent and emergent ENT conditions while supporting inpatient and emergency department needs.
The on-call physician will be responsible for medical evaluation, inpatient and emergency department consultations, surgical interventions as indicated, response to urgent patient and provider communications, and coordination of care with established physicians to ensure appropriate follow-up.
Position details include:
- Established team consisting of 3 physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Call schedule: 1 week of call every 4 weeks
- May include 7 consecutive days (including weekend) or one 3-day weekend and one 4-day weekend within the rotation
