Driller Helper

Position Summary InTEC of San Antonio is looking for a dependable and hardworkingDriller Helper to assist with drilling and soil sampling operations at various job sites. No previous drilling experience is required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist the Driller with daily drilling operations. Help set up and break down drilling equipment and tooling. Assist with soil and rock sampling. Handle drilling tools, materials, and samples. Keep the work area, equipment, and truck clean and organized. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance. Assist with recording drilling information and field documentation. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures. Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment. Travel to various job sites as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior drilling experience required. Construction, mechanical, or heavy equipment experience is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50 lbs. or more. Comfortable working around heavy equipment and active construction sites. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
