Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate

The Role As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll represent our clients' brands in partnered retail locations. You'll work closely with an experienced team that will coach you in customer engagement, brand promotion, and sales fundamentals. This role is designed to help you develop professional skills and progress into leadership over time. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing in retail environments Engage with new customers and increase brand awareness Build strong relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership Set, track, and achieve personal and team performance goals Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies Who We're Looking For No prior experience is required—we value attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
