The Position As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will manage several projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced global environment, ensuring compliance with company business policies and procedures. You will work on‑site in Olathe, KS under the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Responsibilities Standards application and product improvement Develop and improve work practices and processes Review process and product quality Collaborate with cross‑functional teams Lead large‑scale projects Mentor and coach junior‑level engineers Develop new techniques and analytical tools Collaborate with engineering, sourcing and supply base to build the project pipeline and ensure timely execution Establish and drive manufacturing engineering strategy Lead, mentor, and coach a team of project managers to conduct workshops Business case development and execution of projects as per process guidelines Build pipeline for year‑on‑year improvement in results Qualifications U.S. Person Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or someone with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. You Must Have 10 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing related fields Extensive relevant experience in manufacturing engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace) We Value Master's Degree or advanced professional certification Expert knowledge of manufacturing engineering Strong technical knowledge of Avionics products such as weather radar and collision‑avoidance products Lean/6σ certification Working knowledge of SAP Self‑motivation Ability to consistently demonstrate business impact and continuous drive for improvement Ability to influence peers and cross‑functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes Ability to consistently make timely decisions in an ambiguous environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
