2. Job Purpose:

The Member Engagement Advisor I at Company in the Financial Services industry plays a vital role in assisting members with their financial needs, ensuring a positive member experience, and promoting Credit Union products and services.

3. Essential Requirements:

Experience in Customer service via phone in Credit Union or banking related products and services.

Proven organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Experience in banking or related financial services customer service role.

5. Core Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

6. Responsibilities:

- Provide quality member-focused service via inbound and outbound telephone calls.

- Process over the phone transactions and maintain member accounts.

- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services based on member needs.

- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, security, and compliance.

- Establish rapport with members to foster trust and loyalty.
