Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 10:30 AM - 6 PM + MANDATORY Saturdays 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours: Start Part time and may lead to full time

About You: You are a driven, sophisticated sales professional with a passion for the weight loss industry. You are experienced at high ticket sales and have mastered closing cold leads — now get paid to close warm, interested clients in the comfort of our clinic and occasionally over the phone. You are an energetic and polished individual with a proven track record in high-ticket sales. You are ready to complete the task of consulting with prospective clients, educating them on our transformative treatments and services, and guiding them through their weight loss journey.

What We Offer:

A competitive compensation package including a base pay of $20/hour plus an aggressive, tiered, and uncapped commission structure on cash collected designed to reward top performers for new patient enrollments.

Commissions are paid out monthly on cash collected from the initial new patient enrollments as well as cash collected residually each month if the client qualifies for and elects for in-house financing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive in-person and phone consultations to perform needs analysis, understand client goals, and build immediate rapport and trust.
• Sales & Closing: Clearly articulate the value of our services, present pricing and financing options with confidence, while professionally rebuttaling objections and expertly guide clients to a final decision, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty, generate referrals, and drive repeat business.
• Client Experience: Ensure a seamless and five-star client experience from the initial inquiry through their final treatment and follow-up.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all services, products, and industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical team of nurses to ensure treatment plans are effective and client expectations are managed perfectly.
• Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of documented success in a high-ticket, direct-to-consumer sales role.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability in consultative selling, building value, overcoming objections, and new patient enrollments. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be an active listener, articulate, and persuasive. Computer literate.
• Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a high-end medical environment. Exhibits a high level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with an unwavering positive attitude.
• Industry Experience: Previous sales experience in a weight loss clinic, private medical office, or related medical/aesthetic field is highly preferred.
• Passion: An existing passion for and knowledge of weight loss clinics, private medical offices, or related medical/aesthetics industry.
• Perform additional tasks as required: Not limited to signing up social media influencers/clients with an affiliate link and providing information on how our affiliate program works weekly. Confirming appointments and keeping the clinic in clean conditions.

Corporate Personal Assistant GWL is seeking a motivated and Corporate/Personal Assistant to work directly with the vice president. In this role, you will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of the weigh loss client in clinic in Cocoa Beach. You will manage the day to day schedule of the vice president. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening and get /TSA PreCheck clearance for airport travel.

The corporate/personal assistant portion is as follows:

• Learning the ins and outs of the weigh loss clinic in Cocoa Beach
• Being able to work in the clinic independently as opening backup staff
• Being able to travel and train staff at the locations
• Have a good driving record and comfortable driving large vehicles
• Be willing to take on face to face marketing tasks as dropping off gifts and setting up meetings with other doctors
• Must be computer savvy, and a quick learner
• Social medical skills is a bonus
• Able to lead a team of virtual assistants
• Able to lead Biweekly virtual weight loss masterminds
• Able to lead other virtual meetings as needed.
• Willingness to travel out of city, state, or country when needed
• Gathering documents/scanning Reciepts, and making spreadsheets to prepare for filing taxes and quarterly reports
• Doing data entry and reports regularly
• Abilities of pivot and assist with last minute changes.
• Abilities to manage multiple mobile devices on behalf of the president.
• Willingness to assist with personal tasks, such as helping tidying up and decluttering at personal residences
• Willingness to sign a model release, no-compete, and non disclosure/confidentiality agreement.

The weight loss clinic portion is as follows:

• Conduct in-clinic weight loss consults at our Cocoa Beach location.
• Provided support to existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
• Know how to call prospective clients to pre-qualify them and assist with booking appointments (you will be trained however this task will be delegated to a VA).
• Conduct product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction while enrolling prospects into the weight loss program.
• Assistance with preparing syringes for GLP weight loss injections
• Must be comfortable working alone at the clinic
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently enroll new clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with medical weight loss and body sculpting highly desirable.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations and engage clients effectively.
• Ability to assist in patient rooms including carrying buckets of water for foot detoxes
