Job Description
Title: Travel RN - Medical Surgical ICU

Schedule:
- Every other weekend
- RTO (Request Time Off): Max 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: Not specified
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- License: GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year RN experience, travel experience required, preferred previous charge experience
- EMR: Epic required (experience mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care to adult to geriatric patients in a Medical Surgical ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients experiencing critical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac complications
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including vasoactive medications and CRRT
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record system

Compliance / Notes:
- Full compliance required to start on time; incomplete compliance may delay start
- All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start
- Orientation: 12 hours (non-billable)
- Scrub color: Navy blue
