Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based
Location: Concord, CA 94520
Position Type: Full-Time | Travel Contract | School-Based

Ready to take your PT career to Northern California? We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time travel school-based assignment in Concord, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a PT interested in combining meaningful pediatric therapy work with the experience of working in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in a school-based setting
Support students' mobility, accessibility, motor development, and functional independence
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, SLPs, OTs, and other special education professionals
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license required before beginning the assignment
School-based or pediatric PT experience strongly preferred
1+ year of relevant experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of documentation, treatment planning, and collaborative care
Must be comfortable working with a diverse student population
