Nesco Resource Order Packer

Nesco Resource is hiring an Order Packer for a distribution center in Gastonia! Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30pm - 4pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick orders according to specific instructions and guidelines
• Pack orders within specific given guidelines
• May require driving forklifts or move materials using a pallet jack
• Ability to train others to perform jobs that you are already experienced at when required
• Maintain a clean work environment to assure the safety of yourself and others
• Take oral and written assignments from Manager and Area Supervisor

Competencies:

• Effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written
• Must be able to work well with others as a team as well as work independently
• Must be able to comprehend and perform all work assignments accurately
