Ensure that the community pool area(s) meet safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the Company and enforce all posted pool rules.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Clean pool(s) and hot tub(s) of debris and vacuums dirt and grime from the bottom as needed. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool area(s) by ensuring that grounds, furniture, and building exteriors are neat, clean, and organized. Enforce communities’ general pool rules for the well-being of all that use the pool facilities. Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order, request replacements as necessary, and assist in stocking inventory. Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. Assist Service Technicians in performing their duties and responsibilities as needed or as requested.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
