Schedule
Shift: 1845-0715
Every other weekend off

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements
- Current Washington State license or Multi-state license
- Approved 6-hour suicide training
- Verification of demographics from Nursys
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Knowledge of EMR systems (Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Float to other departments as needed to support patient care.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO must be approved and added to the end of the contract.
