Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ARRT (VI) or ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• EMR Cerner
• Skills Assessment VIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 720 days.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I understand that the start date for this assignment is at least 6 weeks from the date I am offered.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: strong proficiency and experience in Neuro IR procedures. Must have experience with Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing. Must have experience with Philips, GE, and Siemens imaging equipment, Philips monitors, and Plum ICU Medical IV pumps.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
