The Medical Records Clerk 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. Location Address Conviva Senior Primary Care Office Located At 3361 Rouse Rd, Ste: 205, Orlando, FL 32817 You Will Be Reporting To Manager, Clinic/Center Administration Required Qualifications Less than 3 years' working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences You will be part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires you to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits Other Qualifications Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field Previous healthcare or health insurance experience Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-9 codes Bilingual in English and Spanish Humana considers this role patient facing and runs its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, which includes this role. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
