About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Chelan, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and other assessment tools
• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered, following established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Prior clinical experience in Labor and Delivery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or equivalent training
• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
