As a Fee For Service Outpatient Therapist at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will embark on a fulfilling journey of change and support. To excel as a Fee For Service Outpatient Therapist at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will need a Master's degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited university, paired with a valid NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Your expertise should encompass experience in group, family, and individual therapy, particularly with clients facing substance use disorders. An understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to cultivate a supportive environment will be essential for fostering recovery.

Additionally, possessing a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record is necessary to ensure compliance with our organizational standards. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited university
• NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Experience in group family and individual therapy
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
• Willingness to provide both telehealth and in-person services
