Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Harrodsburg, KY Open availability / at least 1 weekend day Start time: 07:00 AM 20–25 hrs/wk Core Competencies Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and compliance with company guidelines.
