Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Onsite

Job Duties

• Lead electrical design verification testing (DVT) activities
• Develop test protocols and coordinate testing with subject matter experts
• Perform bench testing using standard electrical lab equipment
• Analyze and summarize test data using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or similar tools
• Drive yield improvement initiatives and support product validation efforts
• Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis
• Track project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices
• Support design approval and product release activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience leading projects through DVT and production ramp-up
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven success working with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and project leadership abilities
