TruHome Location: Monroe, WI & Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15/hour base pay + uncapped bonuses and commission opportunities

TruHome is looking for motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representatives to join our team. What You'll Do

Connect with homeowners in local communities.
Introduce homeowners to TruHome's products and services.
Schedule free consultations with our design team.
Generate leads and help support company growth.
Represent TruHome in a professional and positive manner.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
No previous sales experience required — training provided!
