A 13-week assignment is available starting in April for a travel Pharmacy Technician position located in Mishawaka, IN. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a temporary opportunity to enhance their experience within a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacists by preparing and labeling prescriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and manage medication storage.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to support patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred.
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in dispensing.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication use, and pharmacy law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
