Director, Marketing Technology & Platform Lead

Description: This is a senior marketing technology leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the commercial customer experience platform across HCP and patient engagement channels. You will own the martech strategy, platform roadmap, architecture, governance, and delivery model across a complex digital ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, analytics, and customer experience, with significant influence over long-term platform decisions. You will lead cross-functional teams and external technology partners while ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable execution. A major focus will be optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, integrations, personalization, automation, and omnichannel capabilities. You will also establish strong data, consent, security, and delivery standards that support evolving commercial needs.
