Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually

Incentives & Bonuses

• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Opportunity

A mission-driven, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join a collaborative and patient-centered care team. This organization provides comprehensive healthcare services including primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, dental services, specialty care, and substance use treatment to diverse communities across North Central Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for individuals and families
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform physical examinations, evaluations, and patient assessments
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, psychologists, nursing staff, and support teams
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services
• Participate in preventive care, wellness, and health education initiatives
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and monitor patient progress
• Participate in on-call coverage rotation
• Support quality improvement, safety, and infection control initiatives
• Mentor and advise clinical staff and students when appropriate

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Current DEA and controlled substance registration
• CPR/AED or ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility for unrestricted hospital and health center privileges
