We sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and more, and our parts and accessories department is a big part of what keeps our customers riding. We're looking for a creative, organized merchandiser who can make our showroom floor as exciting as the machines on it.The RoleAs our Parts & Accessories Merchandiser, you'll own how our P&A products look, flow, and sell in the store. You'll turn a wall of helmets, riding gear, and aftermarket parts into displays that catch a customer's eye and make it easy to find exactly what they need. You'll work closely with the parts manager, sales team, and vendors to keep displays fresh, stock levels right, and the department running smoothly.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain product displays for apparel, helmets, riding gear, parts, and accessoriesPlan and execute seasonal resets, new product launches, and OEM and aftermarket promotionsFollow and adapt planograms and brand merchandising guidelines from manufacturersKeep pricing, signage, and product labeling accurate and up to dateReceive, tag, and stock incoming product, and help with cycle counts and inventory auditsMonitor sell-through and slow-moving inventory, and recommend markdowns or display changes to move aging stockCoordinate with sales managers to bundle accessories with unit salesSupport in-store events, open houses, and vendor demo daysKeep the department clean, organized, and customer-ready at all timesWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years of retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or parts department experience (powersports, automotive, or outdoor retail a big plus)A good eye for layout, color, and product presentationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable using a dealer management system (Lightspeed experience preferred) and basic computer toolsKnowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or riding gear is a strong advantage, and a passion for powersports is even betterAble to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periodsReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenseBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time offShort term and long-term disabilityAccident InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceOvertime available #J-18808-Ljbffr Fay Myers
