About the Position

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional hospitality our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and follow cash-handling procedures. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, and guest service procedures. Help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, memorable, and positive stay. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or hotel experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel reservation systems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team. What We Offer
