Required Qualifications You must have a current or active security clearance with a FS Poly. Possess twenty (20)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or 4 more years of experience. Required Skills/Experience: Experience developing containerized applications (Kubernetes/Docker). Ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code. Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues. Java Application (no front end necessary), REST. Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly. Experience with Atlassian tools, Git. Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE. Desired Skills: Kotlin. Kubernetes. Experience with Message Broker Software (RabbitMQ/etc.). Spring or Spring Boot. Python. Mongo. When submitting candidates, please confirm their poly/PRIVAC status.** Day-to-day Activities Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems. The engineer will be part of a team that explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics. The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission-related problems. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $174,400 - $220,300. Salary is influenced by geographic location, federal contract categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
