Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,043–$2,174 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Assignment duration: multi-week travel assignment Shift: 2:45 pm–11:15 pm Start date: 06/29/2026 Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) – Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; update care plans as needed Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy Monitor resident status, respond to changes, and elevate concerns to the supervising nurse Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including CNAs, therapists, and social services Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record; uphold safety and infection control standards Requirements Active RN license in New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure) Ability to work the listed shift in a long-term care setting Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN degree (ASN or BSN) Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in clinical documentation Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Weekly pay: $2,043–$2,174 per week Travel assignment support from Healthforce On-call recruiter support and assignment coordination Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
