What You'll Do

• Provide consultative and follow-up care to adult patients (18+) with rheumatologic conditions
• Manage patient panel, supporting approximately 16-18 patients daily
• Collaborate with support staff including Medical Assistants and receptionists
• Use EPIC EMR system to document patient visits and treatment plans
• Support backfill for a provider with a large patient panel of 895 patients
• Coordinate with care team for emergent or urgent referrals and patient management
• Participate in comprehensive patient follow-up and continuity of care

What You Need

• Medical license for Washington State (or eligible for IMLC licensing)
• ABIM Board Certification in Rheumatology
• DEA certification
• At least 1-year post-fellowship experience (or recent fellowship completion)

• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
