In Good Company - In Good Company is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. Responsibilities Complete medical acuity assessments Develop and update individualized nursing/care plans Monitor individuals' medical needs, medications, and treatments Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, DSPs, and case managers Participate in IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) meetings Provide education and guidance to families and DSPs Support safe transitions and discharges when applicable Ensure documentation and nursing services meet NJ DDD requirements Travel to individuals throughout NJ as needed (travel time reimbursed) Qualifications Active NJ RN license Experience with higher-acuity needs (tracheostomies, feeding tubes) a plus Prior experience with IDD/DD populations preferred Calm, reassuring, and strong with families Per diem position. #J-18808-Ljbffr In Good Company
