Job Title: Travel QMHP / Licensed Mental Health Clinician – Residential Treatment Contract Length: 26–52 Weeks (Approx. 1,040 Hours) Start Date: April 20, 2026 Pay: $30 – $43 per hour Housing: Client-Provided Housing Available Travel Opportunity in Scenic Eastern Oregon We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or licensed clinician for a travel-friendly contract assignment supporting three residential treatment facilities in Enterprise, Oregon. Key Responsibilities Provide behavioral health services across three residential treatment facilities Support treatment planning and therapeutic engagement with residents Participate in crisis response and on-call rotation Collaborate with residential staff and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and client records Support staff with behavioral health guidance when needed Facilities Served You will provide services across three residential treatment homes: Pioneer Guest Home – 16‑bed residential treatment facility (Enterprise, OR) The Joseph House – 5‑bed residential treatment home (Joseph, OR) Required Qualifications QMHP certification or higher licensure Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience working in behavioral health, residential care, or community mental health Preferred Qualifications Previous crisis intervention experience Experience working in residential treatment environments Schedule & On-Call Rotation Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Crisis on-call rotation approximately once every 4 months On-call rotation includes: After-hours coverage following scheduled shifts One full weekend within the on-call week On-Call Compensation

• 2.50/hour standard on-call
• 4.00/hour on holidays
