About Us

CIO Technology Solutions is a managed IT services provider based in Tampa. Since 2010, we have supported businesses across Tampa Bay in healthcare, legal, financial services, construction, manufacturing, and other industries.

We are a team of about two dozen people. Our clients know our owners, and our engineers know our clients. We value strong technical skills, clear communication, accountability, and finding better ways to get things done.

• Manage patching, monitoring, scripting, and automation through NinjaOne RMM.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and restore Veeam backups.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Work escalated technical issues and client projects through ConnectWise Manage.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation in IT Glue.
• Assist and coach Service Desk technicians on complex technical issues.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• 4+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in an MSP engineering role.
• Strong PowerShell skills, including the ability to write scripts from scratch.
• Production experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Experience with NinjaOne RMM.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through complex technical problems.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple client environments and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Cisco switching experience.
• Experience with Huntress, Duo, DNSFilter, or IT Glue.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MD-102, or MS-102.

• Exposure to a wide range of client environments and technologies.
• Opportunity to grow into more advanced and senior engineering work.
