Medical Receptionist - West Side

Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our West Side office location. Hourly: $21/hr Job Duties Scheduling patient appointments Assisting incoming patients Verifying insurance coverage Entering patient demographics into the computer Pulling and filing medical charts Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help Job Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Epic experience is a plus. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus Bilingual Spanish a plus Required Schedule Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday: 9:30am-6:00pm Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm OR Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm *Please note: schedule subject to change based on physician schedules.
