Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well-established community hospital located just south of Boston, Massachusetts. Join a collaborative Emergency Department with experienced physicians, excellent specialty support, flexible scheduling, and outstanding earning potential.

Position Highlights

Compensation: $230/hour plus productivity and quality bonuses
Annual Bonus: Up to $40,000
Night Shift Differential: Additional $325 per shift
Full-time: 15 shifts per month
Primarily 8.5-hour shifts
Flexible, physician-driven scheduling

Emergency Department

Approximately 60,000 annual visits
84 physician coverage hours and 36 APP coverage hours daily
Two physicians on overnight coverage from 1:00 AM–7:00 AM
Strong specialty support including Surgery, Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Neonatology, 24-hour Cardiac Cath Lab, and dedicated Hospitalist services

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of emergency conditions.
Perform emergency procedures as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
