The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects. This is a sales-focused position with a consultative approach — we’re not a high-pressure shop. We want someone who genuinely wants to help people make smart coverage decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, quote, and close new business across personal lines (auto, home, renters), life, and health insurance
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage and grow a book of business through referrals, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Cross-sell and round out existing client accounts
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market changes
• Accurately document client interactions and policies in agency management systems

What We’re Looking For

• Active P&C and/or Life & Health license (California required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of insurance sales or related financial services experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy talking with clients and building trust
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and hit production goals
• Comfortable with agency software and basic tech tools
