Universal Banker Full-Time position at First Service Bank in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Responsibilities Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needs. Build real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human). Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Balance cash drawers and keep things accurate. Help customers manage their accounts. Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts. Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions. Recommend products and services that fit each customer. Make referrals to lenders or other bank experts when needed. Keep things safe and compliant. Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements. Protect customer information and help prevent fraud. Work toward individual and team goals together. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication abilities. Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A passion for serving the public. Previous cash handling experience (preferred). Previous banking experience (preferred). Availability Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; opening and closing procedures require availability 15 minutes before and after shifts. Preferably live within 30 miles of the branch in which you’re applying, or willing to relocate.
