Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions utilizing secure video conferencing platforms, as well as in-person visits at our clinic, to address clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Mind Matters, you will be primarily working with stable adults facing low-acuity mental health concerns. All clients will undergo pre-screening to ensure they are appropriate for your therapeutic approach. You will not be dealing with severe or crisis-level cases, allowing for a focus on supportive and uplifting therapeutic practices. Additionally, you will be matched with clients based on your specialties and preferences, ensuring rewarding and impactful connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid license to practice without supervision, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated clinical skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Matters offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 based on hours worked and experience. Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have access to essential health benefits.
