Global Supply Chain Analyst

The Global Supply Chain Analyst is a key position within Methode’s MP&L team, reporting to the Director, Digital Supply Chain. The Global Supply Chain Analyst connects technology with business needs and drives analytics and problem-solving activity across Global MP&L. In this position the key activity is the continual improvement of data quality and application to influence processes and workflows that support operational tasks and strategic planning. Key deliverables for the role will be **Responsibilities:**Create a strong bias for action with a demonstrated ability to mine, refine, and utilize complex data setsDrive standardized reporting across all levels of the Supply Chain and create tools that allow quick and meaningful analysis of processes across the business. This reporting should drive activity and where necessary countermeasures to continually improve workflow efficiency, customer experience and financial performance. capacity constraints and work with partners to develop costed contingency plans to Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)Strong quantitative and analytical skills – data science and scripting experience is an advantage Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design training material and deliver training virtually and in personAbility to explain complex processes in understandable terms and develop presentations to sell an idea and take decisions **Qualifications** Experience within the Automotive, Industrial or Data Center businesses2 years of experience in a discipline of Supply Chain Management Experience of driving Continuous Process Improvements Strong change management and training skills Proficiency in project management and problem-solving techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr Methode Electronics Inc.
