We are seeking a dedicated OTR Class A Driver with a proven history in flatbed operations to join our team. This full-time role offers competitive benefits, including sign-on and referral bonuses, with routes primarily covering New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Drivers will be responsible for long-haul solo trips with home time following a 34-hour reset in El Paso, TX. This opportunity is ideal for safety-conscious professionals ready to maintain compliance and uphold high standards in customer service and vehicle management.
Responsibilities
- Perform long-haul driving across designated western states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections and load securement
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and electronic logging requirements
- Manage route planning and adhere to schedules
- Ensure accurate log maintenance and regulatory compliance
- Interact professionally with customers and stakeholders
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with flatbed truck operation experience
- Familiarity and compliance with Electronic Logging Devices (E-Logs)
- Ability to perform and document pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- Compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Effective communication and safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
