SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN

Software DeveloperDesign, develop, iterate and maintain software applications on internal application — you'll own meaningful parts of the product.Work closely with departments like Operations, Finance, and HR to understand their requirements and translate them into working software.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning sessions, coding, stand-ups, and reviews.Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Get hands-on exposure to how an enterprise IT department operates — infrastructure, security, support, and more.Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.Solid programming fundamentals — experience building applications in any language is welcome.Strong communication skills — you'll be gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and need to bridge that gap effectively.Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing your own time across multiple priorities.Experience fine-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs).Understanding of context engineering for AI-driven applications.Experience with web/mobile app development, databases & SQL.Exposure to enterprise IT environments.Familiar with Github.Compatible Salary.RPM xConstruction, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
