Systems Engineer II Naval Radars - Actively Growing Our Engineering Team!

Job Summary Systems Engineer supporting Naval Radar programs in the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team at RTX in Marlborough, MA. Responsibilities Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real‑world environments. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact. Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues. Work with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality. Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Support mission execution by traveling up to 10% to sites including RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test. Preferred experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field supporting integration and/or verification. Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. Familiarity with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools. Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or other programming languages. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required. Onsite work at RTX facility in Marlborough, MA. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $68,900 USD – $131,100 USD.
