Sales Director

Job Details Job Location: BLUSOURCE - GUTHRIE, OK 73044 What You’ll Do: As the Sales Director, you will lead, build, and develop the overall sales and service strategy at Blusource. You’ll be accountable for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening our brand, and expanding our market presence. In this role, you will build scalable sales strategies, develop high‑impact partnerships, and identify new opportunities that drive long‑term success. You’ll leverage your experience to grow key accounts, unlock new channels, and elevate performance across the organization. On a Typical Day You Will Be Accountable For: Strategic Planning & Execution Team Leadership & Development Build and expand strategic client relationships, including ownership of key accounts Revenue, Sales Forecasting & E‑Commerce Analytics Customer Relationship Management, E‑commerce Optimization & Retention; Cross‑Departmental Collaboration Hire and train Sales staff as needed Schedule, organize, and manage projects Qualification & Skills: Do you thrive in fast‑paced, creative environments?
